A typical engagement

A corporate awards dinner streamed live to staff and clients unable to attend in person, alongside an in-room audience of around 300. Three cameras cover the stage, the host table and wide room shots, cut live into a single program that also carries the event's branded graphics package.

The stream is encoded twice in parallel — a primary path over the venue's wired connection and a bonded cellular backup — pushing to a private branded player behind a registration wall. Our engineer watches bitrate and dropped-frame counts throughout the three-hour program, ready to fail over instantly if the primary path degrades. A full recording and a five-minute highlight cut are delivered the next day.

What internet connection do I need at my venue for live streaming?

We recommend a dedicated wired connection with at least 10 Mbps stable upload per stream, tested ahead of the event day. Where the venue's line is unreliable, we bring bonded cellular backup so the stream keeps running.

Can you stream to multiple platforms at the same time?

Yes — we commonly push one production feed to several destinations simultaneously, such as a public YouTube stream and a private branded player for internal audiences.

What happens if the internet drops during our live stream?

Our standard setup includes a backup encoding path so the feed can fail over without the audience noticing a cut. We also monitor bitrate and connection health throughout the broadcast.

Do you provide the cameras and crew, or do we need our own?

We provide the full crew — camera operators, a vision mixer and a stream engineer — along with all cameras, cabling and encoding hardware. You don't need to source anything separately.
