What we do

The audience, part of the show.

Interframe runs live Q&A, polling and real-time captions at corporate events — moderated, on-screen and on every device — powered by our own tool, Questro.

What we deliver

What we deliver for audience engagement

Moderated live Q&A

attendees submit from their phones, a moderator screens the queue, and only stage-ready questions reach the presenter.

Live polling & word clouds

real-time votes and responses rendered on the big screen the moment results move.

AI live captions

real-time captions via Questro for accessibility in the room, on the stream and in the replay.

On-screen integration

questions, polls and captions styled to your event's look and keyed into the main screens, not bolted on.

Moderation workflow

a producer managing the queue with your comms or legal reviewers, so nothing unvetted hits the screen.

How we run it

How we run it

01
Interaction design

We map where Q&A, polls and captions sit in your agenda, agree the moderation rules, and brand the on-screen displays before rehearsal.

02
Live moderation

On show day a producer runs the question queue and poll launches in sync with the stage manager, while captions run continuously in the background.

03
Export & insights

After the event you receive the full question log, poll results and caption transcript for follow-up comms and internal records.

On the ground

A typical engagement

A leadership summit where the organiser wants genuine two-way interaction without open-mic risk. Attendees scan a QR code at their seats and submit questions from their phones throughout the morning. A moderator screens submissions in Questro — merging duplicates, flagging sensitive items to the comms lead — and releases a clean queue to the presenter's confidence monitor before each Q&A block.

Between sessions, live polls put audience sentiment on the main LED wall within seconds of voting closing, and AI captions run across a lower band of the screen for the full day. After the event, the organiser receives every submitted question, all poll data and the caption transcript, which becomes the skeleton for the follow-up all-staff email.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Can questions be submitted anonymously?
Yes — Questro supports anonymous submission by default, which consistently increases both the volume and honesty of questions. Moderation still applies, so anonymity never means unvetted content on screen.
How accurate are AI live captions for events?
Accuracy is strong for clear speech and improves further when we pre-load speaker names, product terms and company vocabulary before the event. A human spot-checks the output live, and the transcript can be corrected before distribution.
Do attendees need to download an app to join Q&A or polls?
No — everything runs in the browser. Attendees scan a QR code or type a short link, and they're in. Nothing to install, nothing to uninstall.
Can remote attendees on the livestream join the same Q&A and polls?
Yes — in-room and online attendees submit into the same moderated queue and vote in the same polls, so a hybrid audience participates as one audience.
