What we support

Studio-quality, without the studio.

Interframe produces recurring internal video — leadership updates, training broadcasts and studio-style recordings — as a repeatable system, not a one-off scramble.

What we deliver

What we deliver for internal communications

Leadership update videos

executives recorded with proper lighting, sound and teleprompter, in your office or a studio setting.

Recurring broadcast formats

monthly or quarterly update shows with a standing set, graphics package and turnaround your team can plan around.

Training & onboarding content

sessions captured cleanly and edited into chaptered, watchable modules rather than two-hour recordings.

Pop-up office studio

a repeatable corner-of-the-office setup we can install and re-rig in hours, so every episode looks the same.

Caption & intranet-ready delivery

every video captioned and exported to the specs of your intranet, LMS or internal channel.

How we run it

How we run it

01
Format & cadence design

We define the format once — set, graphics, tone, length, delivery specs — so every subsequent episode starts from a template instead of a blank page.

02
Recording days

Our crew arrives with the standing kit, sets up in hours, and records single or batched sessions with teleprompter and director support for presenters.

03
Edit, caption, publish

Episodes are edited to the format, captioned, and delivered to your intranet or LMS specs on a fixed turnaround your comms calendar can rely on.

On the ground

A typical engagement

A company wants a monthly leadership update that staff actually watch, replacing a long email nobody reads. We design the format once: a five-minute episode, a consistent corner-of-the-boardroom set with branded backdrop and lighting, a graphics package for headlines and figures, and a caption-first edit for staff who watch muted at their desks.

Each month, the crew arrives in the morning, rigs the standing setup in a couple of hours, and records the CEO with a teleprompter and a director who keeps the read natural. Two or three additional segments — a project update, a new-joiner welcome — are batched into the same session. The edited, captioned episode lands on the intranet on the same day each month, and the format now runs itself.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to build an in-house studio for recurring video updates?
No — that's what a pop-up setup is for. We bring a repeatable kit of lighting, backdrop, camera and sound into your office, rig it in hours, and reproduce the identical look every session. A permanent studio only pays off at high recording volume.
How do you help executives who aren't comfortable on camera?
A teleprompter, a director in the room and a format designed around short segments. Most executives read stiffly on take one and settle by take three — we build the session time to allow for that, and we edit the best read.
Can you batch several videos into one recording day?
Yes, and we recommend it — a single rigged day can produce a month or a quarter of content: the leadership update, training segments and announcement videos, each with a change of framing or backdrop.
What's a realistic turnaround from recording to a published internal video?
For a templated recurring format, a few business days including captions is typical. First episodes take longer because the format, graphics and approval loop are being built — that investment is what makes every later episode fast.
