What we deliver for conferences & summits
main-stage sound, LED, lighting and vision mixing built for keynotes and headline sessions.
each track gets its own sound, screens and operator, standardised so speakers move rooms without surprises.
one technical plan and one comms loop across every room, so the whole agenda moves together.
keynotes and selected tracks recorded or streamed, with recordings split and labelled by session.
presentation check-in, confidence monitors and cue lights that keep dozens of speakers on script and on time.
How we run it
We take your program and map every session to a room spec — capacity, screens, mics, recording — then draw and price the whole event as one system.
Each room runs with its own operator under a central technical director, with a shared comms loop catching schedule slips before they cascade.
Session recordings arrive split, labelled and matched to your agenda, with a post-event review that sharpens next year's plan.
A typical engagement
A two-day industry summit: an 800-seat plenary, four breakout tracks and a sponsor showcase floor. Load-in starts the day before with the plenary LED wall and PA, while a second crew standardises the four breakout rooms — identical mic packages, screens and operator positions, so any speaker can walk into any room and find the same setup.
Across both days a technical director runs the master schedule from the plenary, with each room's operator on the same comms loop. Morning keynotes stream live to registered remote delegates; breakouts are recorded for the post-event library. When a plenary session overruns, the comms loop re-times the breakout starts in one call instead of four separate scrambles. Recordings are delivered split by session, named to the agenda.
