What we deliver for virtual webinars
speakers join from anywhere or sit in our studio, all cut together into one clean program.
titles, speaker names and branded overlays keyed in real time so the feed looks broadcast, not a video call.
output routed to Zoom, Teams, YouTube, LinkedIn Live or a private webcast player, with a backup path on standby.
audience questions and live polls surfaced to a moderator and pushed to the presenter's screen without breaking flow.
the session is recorded, edited and captioned for replay the same or next business day.
How we run it
We confirm each presenter's connection, mic and lighting on a dedicated run-through call, and build the graphics package and run-of-show.
Our director cues camera switches, graphics and slide advances while a producer manages the chat, Q&A queue and platform health in real time.
The recording is trimmed, captioned and re-hosted, with attendance and engagement data handed back to your team.
A typical engagement
A 45-minute product webinar with two remote presenters and a moderator dialling in from three different locations, streamed to roughly 500 registrants on a webinar platform. Our control room ingests each presenter's feed, keys in branded lower thirds and slide graphics, and switches live between speaker cameras and screen share as the run-of-show dictates.
A producer monitors the chat and Q&A queue throughout, feeding the strongest questions to the moderator at the scheduled Q&A break. Once the session ends, the recording is trimmed of any dead air, captioned, and delivered as an on-demand link within one business day for attendees who couldn't join live.
