A typical engagement

A quarterly all-staff town hall with the leadership team presenting from a Singapore studio to roughly 1,200 employees across five regional offices. Stage lighting, sound and a two-camera vision mix give the broadcast a produced, on-brand look, while a live stream reaches every office at a time slot chosen to overlap working hours across time zones.

Staff submit questions through a moderated Q&A tool throughout the session, and a producer curates the strongest ones for the CEO's live Q&A segment at the close. After the broadcast, the recording is captioned and published to the company intranet within the same working day for anyone who missed the live session.

We typically recommend a single live broadcast at a time that reasonably overlaps most offices, then a captioned on-demand replay published immediately after for everyone else — rather than running multiple live sessions.

Can employees submit questions anonymously during a live townhall?

Yes — our Q&A moderation tool supports anonymous submission, with a moderator screening questions before they reach the leadership team on stage.

Do we need a studio, or can the townhall run from our own office?

Either works. We regularly bring studio-grade lighting, sound and cameras into a client's own boardroom or auditorium, so a dedicated external studio isn't required.

How quickly can the recording go up on our intranet after the event?

Same working day is standard for a captioned, ready-to-publish recording, assuming no additional editing like segment cuts or translated captions is requested.
