A typical engagement

A regional conference with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia interpretation for around 250 in-room delegates and a live stream to remote offices. Two ISO-standard interpreter booths sit at the rear of the room with clear sightlines to the stage, feeding a multi-channel wireless receiver system so delegates pick their language from a handset.

The same interpreted audio channels are routed into the livestream, letting remote viewers select their language from the platform's audio track menu. Live captions run alongside the interpretation as a second layer of accessibility, with a transcript in each language delivered after the event for the client's internal records.

Do you provide the interpreters, or just the technical setup?
We provide and manage the technical infrastructure — booths, consoles, channel distribution and stream routing — and coordinate closely with your interpretation agency or in-house interpreters on feed timing and levels.
How many languages can one conference support?
Our standard multi-channel systems handle up to eight simultaneous language channels; beyond that we scope a custom distribution plan depending on the venue and audience size.
Can remote or hybrid attendees also get interpreted audio?
Yes — we route each interpreted language channel into the livestream so remote viewers can select their preferred audio track, the same way in-room attendees select a channel on a receiver.
Do interpreter booths meet ISO standards for sound isolation?
We use ISO-2603-compliant booths for simultaneous interpretation, with proper sound isolation and stage sightlines, which is typically required for accredited conference interpretation.
