What we deliver

What we deliver for award shows & galas

Show-calling & cue management

every walk-up, sting and screen change called from one desk, so the night moves like a broadcast.

Winner reveal workflow

sealed-until-showtime winner slides and synced walk-up music, protected against the classic early-reveal mistake.

LED screens & ballroom lighting

category graphics, nominee reels and mood lighting that shift the room from dinner to show and back.

Live camera & IMAG

winners and reactions on the big screen live, plus a recorded feed for the recap edit.

Dinner-to-show audio

background sets, presenter mics and awards stings balanced so speeches cut through a room full of tables.

How we run it

How we run it

01
Show build & cue sheet

We turn your category list into a cue-by-cue show file — graphics, music, lighting states — and lock the winner-handling process with your organisers.

02
Rehearsal & show night

An afternoon technical rehearsal walks the hosts and presenters through the flow, then the show caller runs the night cue by cue.

03
Recap delivery

The show recording, winner photos and a highlight edit are delivered for winners' comms and next year's promotion.

On the ground

A typical engagement

An industry awards dinner for around 500 guests: 20 categories, a live band, and a hard 10:30 pm venue curfew. We build the show file in the weeks before — nominee reels, winner slides held in a sealed queue, walk-up stings per category — and rehearse the hosts through the trophy handover flow in the afternoon.

On the night, the show caller runs lighting, screens and audio as one sequence: room lights dim, category reel rolls, winner slide fires only when the envelope is read, walk-up music lands as the winner stands. A camera puts each winner on the LED wall live while a photographer covers the stage-side moment. Twenty categories close out eleven minutes ahead of curfew, and the highlight edit is with the organiser that week.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

How do you prevent a winner being revealed on screen too early?
Winner slides sit in a separate, locked queue that only the operator can fire, and they're never loaded into the visible preview. The reveal fires on the show caller's cue after the envelope is read — a workflow we treat as non-negotiable.
Can you run an awards night in a hotel ballroom with the venue's built-in AV?
We can integrate with house systems where they're adequate, but awards shows usually need more — bigger screens, show lighting and a proper show-calling desk. We survey the venue and supplement only what's needed.
How long does an awards ceremony take with 20 or more categories?
With tight cueing — reels, walk-ups and handovers pre-timed — expect roughly two to three minutes per category plus speeches and entertainment. The biggest time-saver is a rehearsed flow and a show caller holding the clock.
Do you provide the photography and recap video too?
Yes — our creative team covers winner moments, stage shots and the room, and delivers a curated photo set plus a highlight edit for winners' publicity and next year's promotion.
