What we deliver

What we deliver for conference AV

Sound reinforcement

speech-first PA design, radio mics and monitoring tuned to the room, so every seat hears every word.

LED screens & projection

main screens, side repeaters and confidence monitors sized and positioned for the actual sightlines.

Stage & event lighting

presenters lit for both the room and the camera, with cues that shift the mood between segments.

Vision mixing & playback

slides, videos and camera feeds routed through one operator so transitions never hang.

Stage management

a stage manager running the show clock, speaker cues and changeovers so the agenda holds.

How we run it

How we run it

01
Room design & technical drawings

We survey the venue, draw the room — screens, PA, lighting positions, cable paths — and lock the equipment list against your agenda and floor plan.

02
Build, rehearse, operate

The crew builds and tests the room, runs a full technical rehearsal with your speakers, then operates every cue live on show day.

03
Strike & review

We strike the room on schedule, return the venue clean, and log what worked so a repeat event sets up faster.

On the ground

A typical engagement

A one-day corporate conference for around 350 delegates in a hotel ballroom. We design the room around a centre LED wall with two side projection screens, a speech-tuned PA with a dozen radio mics, and a lighting rig that lifts the stage without washing out the screens. Confidence monitors face the lectern so presenters never turn their backs to read slides.

On show day, one operator runs vision mixing — slides, speaker videos and sponsor loops — while the audio engineer rides mic levels through panels and open Q&A. A stage manager holds the show clock, cueing walk-ons and keeping fifteen speakers inside a schedule that ends on time. The strike is done before the venue's midnight deadline.

Frequently asked questions

Do you rent AV equipment on its own, or does it come with a crew?
We deliver AV as an operated service — equipment plus the engineers and operators who run it. That's deliberate: a conference fails on operation far more often than on hardware.
LED wall or projection — which is right for a conference?
LED gives brighter, higher-impact visuals and handles lit rooms better; projection is more economical at very large sizes and for simple slide content. We recommend based on your room's light levels, sightlines and budget rather than a default.
How early do you need access to the venue to set up?
A typical ballroom conference needs a half-day to a full day of build and rehearsal before doors. Larger stages or LED walls may need overnight access, which we coordinate directly with the venue.
Can you work in any venue, or only hotels?
Any venue — hotels, convention centres, auditoriums, offices and unconventional spaces. We survey the room first and design around its power, rigging and acoustics.
