How we run it
We walk the venue, map every room, confirm bandwidth and build a signal diagram covering cameras, mics, screens and streaming paths before load-in.
Speakers walk through cues, remote presenters test their link, and our crew runs the full program live — vision mixing, streaming and Q&A moderation in parallel.
Recordings are split by session, captions are finalised, and a replay library is delivered within an agreed turnaround.
A typical engagement
A two-day summit with a 400-seat plenary hall, three breakout rooms and roughly 2,000 registered online viewers. Each room runs its own camera and audio chain, feeding a central vision mixer so the technical director can switch between plenary keynote and any breakout without a hard cut. The livestream carries closed captions and a moderated Q&A panel that surfaces questions from both in-room and remote attendees to the stage manager.
Between sessions, our crew resets staging, checks radio mic batteries and confirms the next room's feed is live before doors open. At the close of day two, session recordings are exported, chaptered by speaker, and handed to the client's comms team as an on-demand library the same week.
