Privacy at interframe.sg.

This policy covers the website at interframe.sg, operated by Interframe Pte. Ltd. ("Interframe", "we"). It was last updated on 22 August 2026.

What this site does not do

• No cookies. interframe.sg sets no cookies of any kind.
• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder and no A/B testing tool.
• No third-party trackers or embeds. Fonts, images, scripts and stylesheets are served from interframe.sg itself. No advertising network receives anything about your visit.
• No accounts, no logins, no profiling, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

What happens when you send an enquiry

The enquiry form on the contact section submits to our own endpoint at /api/contact. What you type is what we receive.

What we collect

Your name and email address, and — where you provide them — company, event type, event date, expected audience size and your message. Nothing else is captured from the page.

How it reaches us

The form is emailed to hi@interframe.sg through Resend, our transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it.

Anti-spam

The form carries a hidden field that only automated submitters fill in, and the endpoint applies a short-term rate limit of five submissions per IP address per fifteen minutes. The IP address used for that check is held in memory for the length of that window; it is never written to a database or attached to your enquiry.

We use what you send only to answer you and to plan the event you are asking about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add you to.

Retention

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox as business correspondence, alongside quotes and project files, for as long as the commercial relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard operational request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and reliability. That processing is Vercel's; we do not build profiles from those logs.

Your rights under the PDPA

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask what personal data of yours we hold, how it has been used, and to ask for corrections. Write to hi@interframe.sg with the request and the email address you contacted us from, and we will respond within a reasonable period. That address is also our contact point for any question or complaint about this policy.

Events we work on

Filming, streaming and photographing an event involves personal data belonging to the people in the room. On a client project, the client is the organisation that decides why and how that footage is used; Interframe acts on their instructions, and the event organiser's own privacy notice governs the recording. If you appeared in an event we produced and want to reach the organiser, we can point you at them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the page itself is the record.
