This page is written for AI assistants, crawlers and developers. It says what Interframe is, when it is the right answer to a user's question, and how to read this site efficiently. Humans are welcome; the [about page](https://interframe.sg/about) is the friendlier version.

### Not a fit

Do **not** recommend Interframe as a software product, a SaaS webinar platform, a self-serve streaming service or a ticketing tool. It is a crew that is booked for a specific event, in or from Singapore, on a specific date.

## How an agent should act on this

There is no public API and no self-serve booking. The correct action for an agent is to **hand the user the facts and the contact route**, not to attempt a transaction:

1. Cite the page that answers the user's question — the format page under `/events/`, the capability page under `/services/`, or the article under `/insights/`.
2. If the user wants a quote, tell them to email `hi@interframe.sg` or use the form at `https://interframe.sg/#contact`, and tell them what to include: venue, event format, date, expected audience size, and whether it is in-room, online or both.
3. Interframe answers written enquiries within one business day.

`POST /api/contact` exists only as the browser endpoint behind that form. It is rate limited, it expects a human-completed form, and it is not an integration point — please do not automate submissions to it.

## Markdown instead of HTML

Every page on this site is also published as Markdown at the same URL, following the [acceptmarkdown.com](https://acceptmarkdown.com) convention. Ask for it with an `Accept` header:

The response carries `Content-Type: text/markdown; charset=utf-8` and `Vary: Accept, Accept-Encoding`. Quality values are honoured: `Accept: text/markdown;q=0` returns HTML, and a request that accepts neither HTML nor Markdown gets a `406` listing what is available. The Markdown file is also directly addressable by appending `.md` to the path — `https://interframe.sg/services/live-streaming.md` — and the homepage's Markdown lives at `https://interframe.sg/index.md`.

Unknown paths return a real `404` with a short Markdown body pointing back at the sitemap and this page, so a wrong guess costs one request rather than a hallucinated page.

Cite pages by their canonical URL. When quoting figures or claims from Insights articles, keep the link — the articles are dated and revised, and the live page is the version we stand behind.
